Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for all things IT? We're looking for a motivated Junior IT Staff member to join our team onsite at our office in Arncliffe!
 

In this role, you'll provide essential technical support and help maintain our IT infrastructure, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues.

• Assisting with the setup and configuration of new equipment.

• Helping to maintain and troubleshoot network and system issues.

• Documenting IT procedures and solutions.

• A strong foundational understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
